Senior Creative Producer / Production Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Creative Producer / Production Lead to join a leading beauty and personal care brand. This senior, hands‑on position combines project management with creative production leadership, owning a portfolio of global brand campaigns from concept to market rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project and production plans for global brand campaigns across photography, motion/video, animation, CG, digital, print and retail POSM.
• Align leadership, brand, creative, digital, regional and trade teams on scope, deliverables and deadlines, leading regular check‑ins and decision forums.
• Lead art buying, production planning and shoot logistics, including on‑set supervision, post‑production and vendor negotiations.
• Manage print and retail POSM production, translating creative files into production specs and overseeing proofs, samples and quality control.
• Own budgets, forecasts, spend tracking, reconciliation and vendor performance management.
• Co‑own the global campaign and production master calendar with Creative Ops, ensuring capacity visibility across the portfolio.
• Establish and uphold production standards, workflows and quality expectations, providing functional leadership without formal reporting authority.
• Handle cross‑campaign escalations and priority conflicts, driving resolution and reflecting decisions in plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• 10+ years in creative production and project management, preferably within beauty, FMCG or premium consumer brands.
• Proven ownership of complex, multi‑market brand campaigns from brief to final delivery.
• Hands‑on experience producing photography, motion/video and post‑production, including on‑set leadership.
• Strong background in print and retail POSM production, managing printers, fabricators and vendors.
• Track record of improving production operations through master planning and process development.
• Commercial discipline in contract negotiation, budgeting and cost control.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
