Sales Representative & Cash Van Driver (Full‑time, Lebanon)

About the role

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join DSG Group as a Sales Representative covering all areas of Lebanon and as a Cash Van Driver responsible for product distribution across the country. Both positions are full‑time and involve direct interaction with customers to promote and deliver our fast‑moving consumer goods.

Key responsibilities

• Visit retail outlets and present product range to potential and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets in collaboration with the sales team and submit daily sales reports.
• Collect cash or cheques from customers, reconcile daily transactions and ensure accurate delivery documentation.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle, perform basic checks and adhere to traffic and safety regulations.
• Provide prompt and courteous service, addressing client inquiries and issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FMCG sales or pre‑sales for the Sales Representative role.
• Demonstrated experience in FMCG delivery and cash handling for the Driver role.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Own a personal vehicle (for sales role) and possess good knowledge of Lebanon’s road network.
• Physically fit to handle loading and unloading tasks.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

• Vehicle maintenance basics.
