Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual customer support representative to assist customers from French‑speaking regions. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat inquiries, turning frustration into satisfaction through empathetic and clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document all interactions in the support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally with cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and focus on solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
