Project Coordinator – Voices of Change

About the role

The Project Coordinator will lead the day‑to‑day management of the Voices of Change initiative in North Lebanon. Reporting to the Project Director, the role ensures that all activities are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while capturing results through a robust monitoring, evaluation and learning system.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the detailed project workplan, activity calendar and procurement plan for the 24‑month cycle.
• Lead the Youth Media Needs Assessment, coordinate focus groups, surveys and enumerators, and produce the baseline report.
• Facilitate co‑design workshops with the Youth Advisory Group and finalise foundational and technical training curricula.
• Schedule, contract trainers, and quality‑assure three staggered training cohorts, including hybrid delivery logistics.
• Oversee market‑linkage activities: partnership agreements with media outlets, CSOs, incubators and universities, as well as internship, placement and mentorship pathways.
• Manage the seed‑grant cycle for youth media projects, from call‑out to selection, mentorship and disbursement follow‑up.
• Supervise the Youth Engagement Officer and coordinate short‑term trainers, facilitators, enumerators and consultants.
• Operationalise the MEL plan, conduct assessments, track attendance and satisfaction, and follow up on employment outcomes.
• Prepare narrative progress reports and support donor reporting in line with Drosos requirements.

Required profile

• Reports directly to the Project Director.
• Supervises the Youth Engagement Officer and short‑term staff.
• Works closely with the Admin & Finance Officer, Head of Peacebuilding, Training lead, local partners and media outlets.
