About the role

As a Product Manager at Toters you will define strategy and execution for high‑impact products across multiple Middle‑East markets, shaping the future of the platform and driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and long‑term roadmap for key platform areas.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of designers, engineers, data scientists and operations to turn vision into market‑ready products.
• Identify market opportunities, conduct user research and translate insights into compelling features.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Communicate product plans, benefits and results to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Develop solutions that address evolving user needs and support local economic growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of proven experience in software product management or related fields (software development, consulting, investment banking).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong track record of collaborating effectively with design, engineering and other cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas.
• Passion for understanding user needs and building impactful, user‑centric products.
• Strong project‑management and organizational abilities, with a results‑oriented mindset.
