Payment Controller Officer

About the role

The Payment Controller Officer monitors, validates, and controls all payment transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing within a fast‑growing online trading environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and validate client deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers after approval from payment officers.
• Verify payment details and supporting documentation in line with internal procedures.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies or irregular transactions.
• Coordinate with Sales/Dealing, Back Office, and Finance teams to resolve payment‑related issues.
• Ensure compliance with AML/CFT policies and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate records and audit trails for all payment activities.
• Support reconciliation of payment transactions with banks and payment providers.
• Prepare reports on payment activities, discrepancies, and transaction volumes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in payments, finance operations, or back‑office roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
