On-Camera Spokesperson

About the role

We are looking for a charismatic On‑Camera Spokesperson to become the public face of our recruitment brand. You will create engaging video content, host live and virtual events, and represent the company across social media, career fairs, and international venues.

Key responsibilities

• Produce short, direct‑to‑camera videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with a production team to conduct street‑style interviews in Beirut.
• Star in promotional ad campaigns reaching large audiences.
• Lead webinars and virtual sessions, delivering clear and compelling presentations.
• Act as brand ambassador at career fairs, networking events and expos.
• Participate in photoshoots and create marketing collateral for social platforms.
• Engage with community members to understand needs and provide tailored information.
• Travel across the Gulf to produce content that attracts new audiences.
• Post content on both company and personal profiles to maximize reach.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating direct‑to‑camera video content with measurable engagement.
• Background in recruitment or business is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong public‑speaking skills with experience hosting events or webinars.
