About the role
The Off Trade Sales Manager will lead the sales activities for off‑trade channels, ensuring consistent brand presence and growth across Lebanon. This role combines client relationship management, team leadership, and strategic development of new accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and ordering processes for off‑trade clients.
- Expand the client base across assigned regions.
- Monitor and grow sales of key accounts, ensuring targets are met.
- Coordinate year‑round brand activation activities with clients.
- Conduct regular client visits to maintain strong relationships.
- Lead and supervise a team of merchandisers to ensure optimal product placement.
Required profile
- University degree in Business, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar sales role.
- Fluent in English, French and Arabic (spoken and written).
Required skills
- Strong organizational, planning and reporting abilities.
- Proven sales techniques and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for wine and deep industry knowledge.
- People‑oriented mindset with the capacity to build lasting relationships.
