Meta Ads Specialist

About the role

The client is a performance‑driven marketing agency that generates high‑quality leads for construction businesses through Meta (Facebook) advertising. They are looking for a proactive Meta Ads Specialist to combat creative fatigue by producing fresh, high‑performing ad creatives daily.

Key responsibilities

• Produce new ad creatives each day using client‑provided photos and videos – edit videos, edit photos, create collages, and leverage AI tools.
• Monitor ad accounts for creative fatigue, analyze performance data, and prioritize accounts that need fresh assets.
• Upload new creatives to each ad account and maintain a backed‑up library of ready‑to‑launch assets.
• Assist with funnels, landing pages, and lead‑nurturing workflows in GoHighLevel as you grow into the role.
• Communicate daily with the internal team to report updates, flag fatigue, and coordinate creative needs.

Required profile

• Strong command of Meta’s advertising platform and ability to read metrics that indicate creative fatigue.
• Creative mindset with proven experience in video and photo editing.
• Ability to work independently, meet daily production targets, and collaborate with a remote team.

What we offer

• Full‑time remote position with flexible hours (Monday‑Friday, 11 AM‑7 PM MT)
• Hourly rate $5.75‑$8.50 (equivalent to $1,000‑$1,500 per month)
