Math Teacher for Grades 4-6 – Primary (Jeddah)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Math Teacher to join our school in Jeddah, teaching Grades 4, 5 and 6. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, student‑centered mathematics lessons that build strong conceptual understanding and problem‑solving abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver interactive Mathematics lessons for Grades 4‑6.
• Use practical examples, demonstrations and problem‑solving activities to explain concepts.
• Apply student‑focused teaching methods that encourage participation, critical thinking and independent learning.
• Prepare lesson plans, homework, quizzes, examinations and other learning resources.
• Assess student performance, monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs and support students facing difficulties.
• Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment.
• Collaborate with academic leadership, fellow teachers and parents to support student development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of Mathematics teaching experience.
• Experience with British or American curricula.
• Prior experience teaching elementary or lower‑middle‑school students, especially Grades 4‑6.
• Excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation.
• Ability to explain mathematical concepts naturally without heavy reliance on textbooks or slides.
• Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Jeddah or already based there.
