Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organized, proactive, creative, and detail‑oriented Marketing Project & Operations Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day execution of the Marketing Department. The role combines content and digital marketing, AI‑powered workflows, website management, project coordination, and marketing procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate content calendars and publish on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Support content creation, photo/video shoots, campaigns, and events.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Envato, and other creative platforms to improve content and workflows.
• Manage website updates and perform basic SEO activities.
• Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, on‑brand, and error‑free.
• Track social media and digital performance and support marketing strategy.
• Assist with signage, branding, promotional materials, events, and production requests.
• Collect project requirements, request quotations, compare options, and follow up on approvals.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams throughout production, delivery, and installation.
• Maintain project trackers, timelines, files, quotations, and approvals.
• Facilitate clear communication between Marketing, Sales, PR, Procurement, Accounting, and suppliers.

Required profile

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, independent, and solution‑oriented.
• Strong coordination skills and comfortable in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Digitally savvy with interest in AI and emerging marketing tools.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, content, project coordination, advertising, or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Experience with marketing procurement, printing, signage, or events is an advantage.
