Marketing Communications Coordinator

About the role

BLK Partners is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to develop and execute communication strategies that support our business objectives. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Beirut and will work closely with legal and business teams to enhance the firm’s brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage content for brochures, press releases, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Maintain and update the firm’s website and LinkedIn page.
• Draft proposals, presentations, and legal‑directory submissions.
• Research industry events, identify participation opportunities, and support event logistics.
• Organise firm‑hosted events and handle ad‑hoc marketing assignments.

Required profile

• Motivated, proactive individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced professional services environment.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and strong internet research abilities.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail.
