LinkedIn Manager & Sales Navigator Expert

About the role

We are seeking a Remote LinkedIn Manager & Sales Navigator Expert to drive our B2B lead‑generation efforts. The successful candidate will optimise our LinkedIn presence, build targeted prospect lists and execute outreach campaigns that convert connections into qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise company and personal LinkedIn profiles and pages.
• Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, qualify and segment potential leads.
• Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, location, job title and other criteria.
• Design and execute personalised connection requests and follow‑up messaging sequences.
• Monitor responses, engagement metrics and lead conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate prospect data in the CRM and ensure regular updates.
• Track outreach performance, generate reports and provide insights to the sales team.
• Stay current with LinkedIn trends, new Sales Navigator features and best B2B prospecting practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing LinkedIn accounts and generating B2B leads.
• Hands‑on expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach and prospecting strategies.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent written communication.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Available to work remotely from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Lebanon time.
