Junior Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Human Resources Specialist to support our recruitment and HR operations. The role is fully remote, working with the team during Lebanon business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Post and manage job vacancies across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records.
• Perform daily HR administrative tasks.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in internal employee communication and HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
• Availability to work remotely from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Lebanon Time.
• Lebanese candidates, preferably residing in the Matn area, and ready to start immediately.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
