Gym Manager - Personal Trainer

About the role

Our client, a premium private gym in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Gym Manager – Personal Trainer. You will deliver high‑quality training sessions, build strong client relationships, and help members achieve their fitness goals while supporting the gym’s overall growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and understand client goals.
• Design and deliver personalized training programs.
• Ensure proper exercise technique and client safety.
• Track client progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Build strong client relationships to enhance retention.
• Provide basic guidance on lifestyle and wellness.
• Maintain a clean and professional training environment.
• Support gym growth through client acquisition and promotion of training services.
• Assist in driving membership sales and engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to gym marketing and outreach activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in personal training or fitness coaching.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with focus on client acquisition and retention.
• Motivated, energetic, and client‑focused attitude.
