Graphic Designer - Brand & Digital

About the role

BBCorp is looking for a Graphic Designer to bring its brand to life across social media, digital ads, its website and offline materials. The designer owns the in-house design output, works closely with the content and marketing team and the external agency, and keeps every asset consistent with the brand system in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels and stories for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and X from an editorial calendar.
• Create digital ads in every required format and size for Meta, TikTok, Google and YouTube.
• Design website and landing-page visuals, email graphics and app store assets.
• Produce offline materials such as billboards, event and expo stands, roll-ups, print collateral and merchandise.
• Apply and protect the brand system (logo, colors, typography, layouts and templates).
• Build and maintain reusable templates for market updates, educational carousels and sports content.
• Adapt every design for Arabic (right-to-left) and English with equal quality.
• Prepare files for production and for review by the Compliance team and apply their feedback.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in-house or at an agency working on brand and social media.
• Proven, hands-on use of AI in design work, with portfolio or interview examples.
• Strong eye for layout, hierarchy and detail; able to work within a brand system while keeping work fresh.
• Able to manage several deadlines at once and take feedback well.
• Good English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Expert Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; good working knowledge of Figma.
• Hands-on use of AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, Midjourney or similar, and Figma's AI features.
• Arabic and English typography, including right-to-left layouts.
• Nice to have: experience in financial services, fintech or another regulated industry; basic After Effects for simple animated posts; experience designing charts, tables and infographics.
