About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented General Accountant to support daily accounting operations within our luxury hospitality environment. The role involves maintaining organized financial documentation and ensuring accurate reconciliations using industry‑standard systems.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare in‑house checks and deposits, and download/input bank and credit‑card transactions.
  • Reconcile monthly bank and credit‑card activity and prepare cash‑flow and cash‑management reports.
  • Prepare and record journal entries and assist in document downloading and client data file maintenance.

Required profile

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field with 1‑2 years of relevant post‑graduate experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Opera, SAP and Sun System accounting software.
  • Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles and concepts.
