Financial Analyst LB

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting and data analysis. The role involves interpreting financial information, identifying trends, preparing reports and providing insights to aid business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, business performance, and operational metrics.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and management presentations.
• Develop and maintain financial models, spreadsheets, and analytical tools.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and key financial indicators.
• Perform variance analysis and investigate significant differences between actual and planned results.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Collect, organize, and validate financial information from multiple sources.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for financial improvement.

Required profile

• Previous experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, finance or business analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment with reliable internet.
• Professional, analytical, dependable, and detail‑oriented attitude.
• English proficiency for communication with English‑speaking stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
• Ability to perform variance analysis and interpret financial statements.
• Familiarity with accounting software, ERP systems or BI tools.
• Strong numerical and quantitative abilities.
