Field Technician – Printing Solutions

About the role

Join Copytech’s technical team to deliver on‑site printing and document‑management solutions across Lebanon. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing a variety of printers, copiers and related equipment while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to install, configure, test, maintain and repair printers, copiers and related hardware.
• Diagnose hardware, software, connectivity and operational issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment.
• Respond promptly to service calls and ensure issues are resolved within required timeframes.
• Provide basic guidance to customers on equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, parts used and equipment status.
• Coordinate with the technical team and other departments to escalate and resolve complex problems.

Required profile

• Technical degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, Networking or a related field.
• Previous experience in technical support, field service, or printer/copier maintenance is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and networking.
• Valid driving licence and personal car for travel across Lebanon.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
