Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative, energetic Digital Marketing Specialist to grow the online presence of our real‑estate development company. The role blends hands‑on content creation on construction sites with strategic management of our Instagram and other digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the company’s presence on Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Create and maintain a content calendar and publish posts, Reels, and Stories.
• Visit active construction sites regularly to capture photos and videos of project progress.
• Shoot, edit and publish short‑form video content such as Reels and Stories.
• Develop creative concepts that showcase architecture, locations, views and lifestyle.
• Write clear, engaging captions and project‑related copy.
• Coordinate professional photography, videography and drone shoots when needed.
• Monitor social media engagement, reach and performance metrics.
• Support digital advertising and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Maintain an organized digital library of photos, videos and marketing assets.

Required profile

• Creative, proactive and digitally minded.
• Highly familiar with Instagram, Reels, Stories and current social media trends.
• Comfortable shooting quality photos and videos using a smartphone or camera.
• Able to edit short‑form video content independently.
• Willing to visit active construction sites regularly.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects and content schedules.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is an advantage.
• Interest in real estate, architecture, construction and lifestyle content.
