Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for clients of Moustasharoun Bureau, handling inquiries by phone, email and in person. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the firm’s commitment to high‑quality service and professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email and face‑to‑face, providing clear information about the bureau’s accounting, taxation, audit and management services.
• Manage and update client account documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Resolve client issues promptly and follow up on requests to guarantee satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client concerns and facilitate smooth service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of communications, actions taken and resolutions achieved.
• Support client‑satisfaction initiatives by gathering feedback and contributing to continuous improvement of the client experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with proven experience as a Customer Service Representative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Professional presence and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Organizational ability and attention to detail for managing documentation and client records.
• Reliability, punctuality and comfort working on‑site in Jdaidet El Matn.
• Basic knowledge of accounting or consulting services is a plus.
