Creative Producer

About the role

The Creative Producer will lead marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, overseeing photography, video, digital, print and point‑of‑sale assets for a leading beauty and personal care brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project plans and timelines, aligning brand, digital, regional, creative and trade stakeholders.
• Manage the full production process for campaign assets, from brief through market rollout.
• Handle art buying, source and negotiate with photographers, videographers, stylists and production houses.
• Plan and run pre‑production meetings and supervise on‑set logistics for photoshoots and video shoots.
• Liaise with external printing houses, manage print specifications, proofing and quality control.
• Control production budgets, track spend against forecasts and maintain vendor relationships.
• Maintain accurate project trackers and dashboards in Asana and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in marketing project management or creative production, preferably in beauty, FMCG or premium consumer brands.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating photoshoots and video productions, including on‑set supervision.
• Practical experience working with printing houses and production vendors.
• Proven ability to deliver multi‑channel campaigns on time, in full and on budget.
• Strong stakeholder communication and budget management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana project management tool.
• Comfortable using Adobe Suite.
