Creative Designer & Webflow Developer

About the role

You will be the hands that turn our story into something people actually see, and the hands that build it live, not just hand it off. You will design, build and ship ads, landing pages and motion assets that shape the first impression of our hiring platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build ads, landing pages and motion assets directly in Webflow, eliminating hand‑off delays.
• Create and maintain two distinct visual funnels – one for hiring companies and one for talent – while preserving a unified brand identity.
• Deliver rapid, testable campaigns: ads one week, landing pages the next, motion for launches thereafter, iterating based on performance data.
• Collaborate closely with growth, marketing and the founders, ensuring your designs go live immediately.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of professional design experience (8+ years a plus) with a portfolio of shipped work.
• Proficient in both designing and implementing in Webflow.
• Track record of building high‑converting landing pages.
• Experience creating organic social creatives and paid‑ad assets.
• Ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines.
• Motion‑design skills are part of the toolkit.
• Fluent in Arabic to capture nuances beyond literal translation.
