Cost Controller – Food Manufacturing

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tripoli, Lebanon. We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Cost Controller with experience in the F&B or food manufacturing sector. In this role you will be responsible for tracking inventory, minimizing wastage, calculating costs, and providing the management team with data‑driven insights to maximize profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Costing of all products, recipes, manufactured items, and catering items.
• Selling price calculations and price reviews.
• Menu engineering and profitability analysis.
• BOM review and updates.
• New product costing.
• Margin analysis by item.
• Support management in pricing decisions.
• Cost impact analysis due to changes in raw material prices.
• Price lists reviewing, checking and updating.
• Posting inventory counts and checking variances.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2‑3 years proven experience as a Cost Controller or Cost Accountant in food manufacturing, catering, or F&B operations.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with specialized F&B inventory and ERP software.
