BI Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Team Lead to head our BI team and deliver high‑quality analytics solutions for our clients. The role blends hands‑on BI development with leadership, customer interaction, and end‑to‑end technical ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to BI Developers.
• Manage BI development priorities, workload, and delivery across customer projects.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective BI solutions.
• Lead the design and development of dashboards, reports, KPIs, and semantic models.
• Establish and enforce BI development, visualization, and documentation standards.
• Conduct solution and code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to define data requirements and analytical datasets.
• Ensure BI solutions comply with governance and security standards.
• Optimize BI solutions for performance, usability, and reliability.
• Oversee BI technical delivery from requirements through development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics.
• Proven experience in a BI leadership role or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements‑gathering abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to mentor developers and lead technical delivery.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
