Art Director

About the role

WonderEight is seeking an Art Director to lead the visual direction of client projects. You will work within a vibrant creative team, shaping concepts that bring brands to life and resonate with target audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide artistic leadership and inspire the design team to deliver innovative visual solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, account managers, and creatives to develop concepts for campaigns, graphics, illustrations, layouts, and multimedia assets.
• Oversee the design process, ensuring execution aligns with brand guidelines, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Present design concepts to clients, articulate creative rationale, and incorporate feedback.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through delivery, coordinating with external vendors, photographers, illustrators, and production teams.
• Research emerging design trends and technologies to keep the agency’s work fresh and cutting‑edge.

Required profile

• Strong visual sensibility with a portfolio that demonstrates creative leadership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
