Application Test Engineer – SharePoint & Dynamics 365 QA

About the role

We are seeking a QA & QC Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability and release readiness of enterprise solutions built on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Automate and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The role involves functional testing of complete business processes, workflows, integrations, permissions and data behavior.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, regression packs and acceptance criteria for Microsoft‑based applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, exploratory, usability and end‑to‑end testing across SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Validate integrations between SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power Platform services, APIs, webhooks and third‑party platforms.
• Identify, document, prioritize and track defects using Azure DevOps or Jira, and conduct retesting and regression verification.
• Support UAT activities, release validation and post‑release verification, collaborating closely with developers and product teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional QA/QC experience testing Microsoft enterprise applications or SaaS platforms.
• Active Microsoft certification (minimum PL‑900; PL‑200 or other Power Platform certifications preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work full‑time from Lebanon aligned with U.S. Central Time.

Required skills

• SharePoint Online testing (lists, forms, permissions, SPFx components).
• Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate workflow testing.
• Dynamics 365 and Dataverse testing (tables, business rules, security roles).
• API and webhook testing using Postman.
• Test management and defect tracking with Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Functional, regression, integration, end‑to‑end and UAT testing methodologies.
