Afternoon Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an Afternoon Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Lebanon, IN site. The role runs from 3 pm to 12:30 am, Monday‑Friday, with occasional weekend coverage, and offers a competitive salary of $60‑65 k per year.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise employees and temporary staff on‑site, ensuring compliance with OSHA and sanitation standards.
• Conduct safety, quality and service inspections, and produce daily, weekly or monthly reports.
• Track equipment, inventory, maintenance and repair activities.
• Monitor use of personal protective equipment and address unsafe behavior immediately.
• Maintain records of training, attendance, inspections and performance metrics.
• Provide recommendations for corrective actions and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year related experience or relevant training.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Valid driver’s license; forklift certification preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish considered a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with database, spreadsheet and word‑processing software.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
