3D Designer - Events & Exhibitions (Urgent)

About the role

Horecons is looking for a 3D Designer with proven experience in events and exhibitions to join its Creative Studio team. The designer turns creative briefs into realistic, engaging and buildable environments, from exhibition stands and event spaces to branded activations and experiential installations. This is not purely a visualization role: the designer must understand how concepts move from 3D renders to real-world execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 3D concepts for events, exhibitions, booths, stands, conferences and brand activations.
• Design exhibition environments, stages, entrances, lounges, display areas and experiential spaces.
• Translate client briefs into spatial concepts and produce high-quality 3D models, renders and presentation visuals.
• Integrate branding, graphics, screens, lighting, furniture, AV equipment and interactive technologies.
• Work with graphic designers, motion, digital and technical teams, and coordinate with project and production teams so concepts are buildable.
• Revise designs according to feedback and prepare accurate dimensions and design information for production.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional 3D design experience, preferably in events and exhibitions.
• Previous experience in exhibition stands, corporate events, stages, brand activations, product launches, VIP and hospitality areas, temporary structures and large-format branded environments.
• Strong portfolio of executed event and exhibition projects.
• Good understanding of fabrication, event production, materials (wood, metal, acrylic, fabrics, LED screens, lighting) and technical limits.
• Ability to work on several projects under tight deadlines and to receive feedback quickly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Blender, SketchUp and AutoCAD.
• V-Ray / Corona; Unreal Engine, Lumion or Twinmotion is an advantage.
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.
