Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory control, and support stock management across our facility. The role requires strong organizational abilities and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles to coordinate with the finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports.
• Collaborate with the accounting department on stock movements and adjustments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse supervision or inventory management.
• Good knowledge of stock control and inventory systems.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
