About the role
The Kode is looking for a full-time Telesales Consultant to join its team in Sinn Al Fil. In this on-site position you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by reaching out to prospective clients and promoting the company’s products and services. You will also support existing customers by answering inquiries and delivering a high level of service.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound calls and research.
- Conduct outreach campaigns to promote products and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in the company’s CRM system.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide product information.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Deliver product training sessions to clients when required.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer-service abilities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Organised, detail-oriented with the capacity to keep precise sales records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in telesales or customer relationship management is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
