Site Architect – Congo

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Site Architect to lead on‑site architectural activities in Congo. You will ensure that construction follows approved designs, maintain quality standards, and coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day architectural site activities.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Review shop drawings, material selections, and finishing samples.
• Monitor quality control, track site progress, and prepare progress reports.
• Resolve technical and design issues during execution.
• Participate in site meetings and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 7 to 10 years of experience with strong on‑site execution background.
• Proven experience in construction project supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
• Excellent coordination and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with other architectural software.
