Senior Mechanical BIM Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical BIM Manager to lead the mechanical design and BIM coordination for large‑scale engineering projects. The role involves overseeing the creation, management and quality control of BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, fire‑fighting and drainage systems while ensuring alignment with project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed mechanical BIM models using Revit.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate MEP components into overall project models.
• Lead and mentor junior BIM staff, fostering best practices in BIM execution.
• Review and validate design data for HVAC, plumbing, fire‑fighting and drainage systems.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, codes and industry standards.
• Support project managers in delivering on‑time, on‑budget engineering solutions.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of professional experience in mechanical design.
• Proven track record in BIM management for MEP projects.
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
