Senior Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, curious and organized Senior Account Executive to join our team and manage multi‑discipline communications projects for a multinational brand. You will work closely with the account management team, coordinating creative, strategy, production, content and media activities from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and oversee campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate project teams of varying sizes using formal project‑management methodologies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports and communication plans (CPS).
• Manage stakeholder expectations, handle change requests and mitigate risks.
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues and enforce deadlines.
• Prepare post‑project evaluations and deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in a communications agency environment.
• Positive attitude under pressure and solution‑driven mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Required skills

• Project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello or Basecamp.
• Budget management and reporting.
• Policy and procedure development.
