Research & Development Specialist

About the role

The Research & Development Specialist will drive innovation across BioSwiss Group’s aesthetic brands by researching new technologies, evaluating devices, and creating standardized clinical protocols. This position ensures safety, quality, and operational efficiency while supporting the launch of cutting‑edge treatment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Research and evaluate emerging aesthetic technologies, devices, and products.
• Conduct testing and validation to confirm safety, quality, and effectiveness.
• Develop and standardize treatment protocols and technical guidelines.
• Monitor device performance and support preventive maintenance processes.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and training materials.
• Analyze supplier performance, inventory data, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, quality, and marketing teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in R&D, medical devices, or aesthetic technologies.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of aesthetic devices, treatment protocols, and quality standards.
• Experience with supplier evaluation, testing, and technical documentation.
• Certifications in medical devices, research, or quality management are a plus.
