Product Manager – Network and Security

About the role

Hiperdist is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead its Network and Security portfolio within the Africa Distribution Team. Based in Lebanon, you will act as the primary liaison with vendors, driving growth, engagement and market expansion across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver revenue growth that exceeds market rates and achieve gross‑margin and profitability targets.
• Own annual business planning, budgeting and quarterly financial reviews.
• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned vendors, honouring contractual commitments and managing a yearly calendar of planning sessions, business reviews and sales calls.
• Lead sales forecasting, inventory management and resource reviews to ensure predictable revenue and cash flow.
• Build, manage and develop a high‑performing team, providing quarterly market feedback and championing group policies.
• Drive marketing activities, lead generation and maintain the business unit’s digital presence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with a partner or distributor of relevant vendor goods and services.
• University degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant vendor certifications obtained within the last three years.
• Proven track record in team building, mentoring and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L or revenue‑target ownership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
• Based in Lebanon and willing to travel.
