Product Manager

About the role

Murex is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Global Quality Assurance Framework (GQAF) within the DLC, Quality, and Release Management sub‑domain. The role focuses on shaping the roadmap, supporting L2 operations, and ensuring the framework meets the needs of over 800 internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for GQAF.
• Collaborate with IS Operations and development teams to provide L2 support.
• Conduct product discovery activities to capture user needs and validate problems before building solutions.
• Work with domain representatives, program managers, and Epic owners to assess investment impacts.
• Maintain and enrich product documentation, including user guides and knowledge bases.
• Translate problems and features into clear user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
• Participate in an Agile Release Train, delivering incremental value across iterations.
• Ensure high‑quality deliverables through corrective and evolutive maintenance.
• Present demos that highlight value to users and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes.
• Understanding of quality assurance and release management concepts.
