Performance Executive – Media

About the role

The Performance Executive will drive client success by executing and optimizing performance media campaigns across search, social, and display channels. This role directly contributes to client revenue growth through strategic campaign management and continuous performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Implement effective campaign strategies and optimization techniques to meet client performance goals.
• Conduct Search Query Report (SQR) analysis, identify low‑performing keywords, apply negative keywords, and refine bidding strategies.
• Prepare and present weekly performance reports, translating key metrics into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze campaign results, identify trends, document learnings, and inform future strategies.
• Evaluate user engagement metrics to optimise ad creative, landing pages, and targeting parameters.
• Perform in‑depth reporting on paid media performance and audience behaviour to guide targeting, messaging, and budget decisions.
• Oversee finance reconciliation, verify campaign spend, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate budget reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in a relevant field.
• Experience managing performance media campaigns across search, social, and display.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
