Part-Time Faculty – Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine

About the role

The Lebanese American University School of Medicine is seeking a qualified professional to join its Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Gastroenterology on a part‑time basis. The successful candidate will contribute to both academic instruction and clinical service delivery within LAU’s medical education and hospital environments.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate medical students in gastroenterology and related internal medicine topics.
• Provide clinical supervision and education to residents and fellows at LAU Medical Centers.
• Deliver patient care services in LAU‑owned or operated facilities as part of the division’s clinical program.
• Participate in curriculum development, assessment, and academic meetings.

Required profile

• Medical degree with board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Fellowship training in Gastroenterology is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to teach medical students and trainees.
• Commitment to high‑quality clinical care and academic excellence.
