Junior Trader – Beirut

About the role

Prime Financials is seeking a dedicated Junior Trader to join its Beirut team. The role involves executing and monitoring trades, implementing strategies, managing risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting daily desk reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor trades across multiple asset classes.
• Implement trading strategies and manage associated risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare daily desk reports, including blotters, PVs, statements, and mark‑to‑market valuations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• CFA or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and critical‑thinking abilities under pressure.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of equities, fixed income, commodities and ETFs.
• Proficiency with trading platforms.
• Experience using financial modeling tools.
