Junior Sales Coordinator

About the role

Avantis is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Coordinator to manage candidate communications, follow‑up activities and course registrations. The role is focused on handling inquiries received through social media, WhatsApp, phone calls and email while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to candidate inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media and email.
• Follow up with leads interested in Avantis courses and certifications.
• Explain course details, schedules, fees and registration procedures.
• Coordinate candidate registrations and manage payment follow‑ups.
• Maintain and update lead and candidate records.
• Support marketing and business development activities as needed.
• Coordinate with instructors and management regarding course updates.
• Assist in achieving registration and sales targets.
• Prepare simple reports related to inquiries and registrations.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Organized, proactive and customer‑oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
