Junior Account Manager

About the role

As a Junior Account Manager at OLIVER, you will support the delivery of diverse advertising and marketing projects for our clients. You will act as a bridge between the client and our internal production teams, ensuring smooth project execution and high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Support asset creation across retail, in‑store advertising, digital, social, OOH, DOOH and press.
• Assist project delivery, escalating issues to senior account managers when needed.
• Identify potential risks early and flag them to senior staff.
• Help plan and schedule projects to optimise resource use.
• Follow and implement best‑practice production processes.
• Interpret and adapt client briefs, raising clarifications with senior account managers.
• Assist the Resource Manager with booking and scheduling.
• Brief creative teams, provide quality‑control support, and manage client amendments.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring final delivery to clients and media partners.
• Produce daily and weekly status reports and collaborate closely with the team.

Required profile

• Strong background in advertising campaign production.
• Ability to work occasionally on‑site with clients and internal teams.
• Proactive attitude with good communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
