Identity & Access Management Specialist (MEA Region)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to design, build and configure enterprise IAM and Identity Governance solutions for our MEA region operations. The role will focus on identity lifecycle management, access governance, authentication and privileged access controls, aligning with Zero Trust principles.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and operate Microsoft Entra Identity Governance features such as Entitlement Management, Access Reviews and Identity Lifecycle Workflows.
• Define and automate approval workflows, periodic reviews and access expiration policies.
• Configure authentication and authorization controls including MFA, Conditional Access and Single Sign‑On for cloud and SaaS applications.
• Integrate applications with Entra ID using built‑in connectors, SCIM or custom solutions and troubleshoot related issues.
• Manage privileged access using Microsoft Entra Privileged Identity Management, enforce least‑privilege and monitor activations.
• Automate identity processes with Entra ID workflows, Logic Apps or scripting and integrate with HR or other authoritative sources.
• Deploy Microsoft Entra Private Access and Internet Access to provide secure, identity‑based access to private and public applications following ZTNA principles.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with enterprise IAM solutions.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, access governance and Zero Trust security models.
• Experience working with security architects, IAM engineers and business stakeholders.
