Digital Marketing Manager – Africa (Abidjan)

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will shape and execute the company’s digital strategy across African markets, ensuring brand consistency while driving innovative, high‑performance content and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Define and adapt the overall digital strategy for all brands across African markets, creating an annual action plan and managing multi‑country budgets.
• Lead creative content production, set editorial guidelines, and launch new formats such as video, user‑generated content, influencer campaigns and digital activations.
• Manage, coach and expand a multi‑country digital team, set objectives, monitor KPIs and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Oversee digital performance across countries, produce comparative dashboards and ensure brand consistency while allowing local flexibility.
• Plan and optimise digital advertising on Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms, tracking awareness, engagement, traffic and conversion metrics.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for senior management and propose optimisation and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor digital, social and cosmetic trends, identify innovations and propose new growth levers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• At least 6 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within an international company or agency.
• Proven experience in the cosmetics sector is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated team‑leadership experience with a track record of building and motivating digital teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making skills.
