Digital Experience Manager

About the role

The Digital Experience Manager will lead the strategy, governance and continuous improvement of Deloitte’s digital platforms across the Middle East, including Deloitte.com, the intranet and various microsites. Reporting to senior leadership, you will work closely with growth and business stakeholders to translate regional priorities into scalable digital road‑maps, ensuring best‑in‑class user experience, SEO performance and adoption of digital standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the regional roadmap for external and internal web platforms, aligning with growth priorities and global standards.
• Establish and enforce governance for UX, content quality, accessibility, SEO, tagging/measurement and release management.
• Lead stakeholder planning sessions to convert business plans into measurable digital experience initiatives.
• Drive user‑centric improvements such as navigation, information architecture, personalization and call‑to‑action optimisation to boost engagement, conversion and other key metrics.
• Manage web transformation projects, including modernization, migration, vendor coordination, change management and post‑launch stabilization.
• Oversee site upgrades, product releases and technical maintenance in collaboration with global and local teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital platforms or web properties at a senior level.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business objectives into digital solutions.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, SEO best practices and web analytics.
• Experience with governance frameworks, content quality assurance and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and project management skills in a fast‑paced, multi‑regional environment.
