Business Analyst Intern

About the role

Join maids.cc’s fast‑growing tech team in Lebanon as a Business Analyst Intern. You will work on real‑world AI‑driven projects, helping to design, automate, and optimise business processes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business problems, collect data and produce decision‑support reports.
• Use AI tools, large language models and automation platforms (OpenAI, n8n, LangChain) to build chatbots, workflows and internal systems.
• Design wireframes, mockups and process improvements with Notion, JIRA and Miro.
• Collaborate with developers and cross‑functional teams to launch dashboards and automation tools.
• Support restructuring initiatives by defining KPIs and improving operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Analytics, Business Administration or a related analytical field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau or Mixpanel (a plus).
• Basic knowledge of AI/LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI) and automation tools (n8n, LangChain).
• Comfort using collaboration tools like Notion, JIRA and Miro.
